As part of our development team, you will be responsible for the further development of our enterprise software for marketing automation. With this solution, our more than 200 customers from a wide range of industries control their digital marketing campaigns at every touchpoint - automated, individualized and intelligent based on AI.

Your mission:

  • As part of our agile software development practices following the Scrum framework, you will design and build complex software systems using C# on the Microsoft .NET platform, while working with cutting-edge technologies such as Claude Code
  • You will advance our company's capabilities in agentic coding, shaping the future of AI-driven development
  • You will take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from conception and implementation through to integration into our system landscape — leveraging the full range of Azure DevOps capabilities, including Git-based version control, test plans, and build and release pipelines
  • You will work hands-on with modern cloud technologies to develop real-time web applications and drive their deployment and hosting on Microsoft Azure
  • Your tasks will also include integrating our state-of-the-art AI solutions with our data science team
  • You are also comfortable with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS and TypeScript and their build and test processes and can thus build the bridge to frontend development
  • You contribute to the foundational aspects of the software development process — including design, planning, estimation, and code reviews — and act as a trusted advisor to a cross-functional team comprising the Product Owner, Full Stack Developers, SQA Engineers, and the Helpdesk team supporting our customers

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed degree in computer science or in a similar field
  • Good knowledge of .NET (C#), JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot **or** OpenAI Codex
  • Experience with relational databases like SQL Server
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Ideally you know:
  • Design patterns such as MVC, Adapter Pattern, Dependency Injection
  • Microservice or Eventdriven Architecture
  • Serverless architecture and NoSQL databases
  • Docker
